Fine Motor: Build a House

You will need:

• Build a House PDF

• Play doh

• Popsicle Sticks

• Blocks

• Stickers

 

The Activity:

Today is all about being grateful for our homes. Children pick a card from the stack and practice making a house with each of these mediums.

 

Goals:

This involves different motor planning skills depending on the medium used.

What you need to do:

Step 1: Pick a card and build a home
Step 2: Pick up a second card and build a home with a different medium
Step 3: Continue till you’ve tried all 4 types of mediums
